We use personal information to respond to enquiries, communicate with prospective clients, maintain website security and operate our services.
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR include legitimate interests for managing general enquiries and website operations, steps requested before entering into a contract where applicable, and legal obligations where required.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. General contact form submissions are delivered to our Microsoft 365 Outlook account.
We use Microsoft Forms for counselling referrals. Relevant information may be processed by these service providers to deliver their services.
We take appropriate measures to protect personal information and restrict access to authorised individuals.
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where applicable, international transfers are subject to appropriate data protection safeguards.
5. How long we keep information
General website enquiries are normally retained for up to six months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is necessary for a legitimate legal or administrative reason.
Counselling referrals, assessments and clinical records follow separate retention arrangements, explained in the relevant privacy information provided to prospective clients and clients.
